Note: Password is not required, guests will be prompted by a page with the instructions as soon as they connect to the network.
The house is located on a dead-end street, please pull your car all the way into the spot and at an angle to ensure all neighbors can get in and out with ease.
You must obtain a temporary parking permit from the city of Pittsburgh to add your vehicle to the registry of permitted vehicles. You will need to submit the following information via email to: variances@pittsburghparking.com with your Full Name, Travel Dates, Address Listed Above & License Plate Number.
If you have more than 2 vehicles, please refrain from parking in the cul de sac as a courtesy to our friendly neighbors. Please park additional vehicles on the other side of Yew Street across from S Millvale Avenue.
NOTE: The house is set back off of the main street, don’t be alarmed if you don’t see it right away. To get to the house you will need to walk down the steps along the parking area to the left, and our house is the red house with the yellow wreath on the right.
We have keyless entry and the door codes will be sent securely via email.
To gain access to the home we use a simple keyless entry system. Enter your unique code on the keypad, and the deadbolt will unlock while simultaneously disarming the alarm. If you need a code for the security panel you may use the same code.
Upon exit: Simply hit the “Lock” button on the keypad after you pull the door shut and that will take care of everything.
Note: Please refrain from locking the doorknob itself from the inside and pulling it shut, as that will lock you out. In the event that this happens we do have a hidden key on site so just give us a call and we’ll be happy to walk you through!
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, eating and cooking utensils, salt & pepper, olive oil, and paper goods.
We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn’t allow time to properly remove the smell.
We do not have designated area for this type of cooking on-premises. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more.
We trust our guests will treat our home with respect and care. Please understand our rules are set in place to ensure future guest satisfaction and a seamless transition between reservations.
Along with the large kitchen garbage can, there are small cans in each bedroom and bathroom.
Exterior garbage bins are located in the shed at the end of the street, please place bags properly into the shed and close the lid.

We generally DO NOT allow parties or gatherings, loud music, smoking, rude behavior, or anything else that doesn’t constitute as being “neighborly.” 🙂
We have an excellent relationship with all of the surrounding neighbors. They are everyday people that have young families, everyday jobs that they have to get up for, and they are our eyes and ears for this property.
FEES
Any reservations who have smoked inside the unit will be charged an additional $200/day of their stay.
Guests who check out late without prior consent will be charged an additional $50/hr. they are in the unit with a minimum charge of one hour.

The Smart TV is Roku enabled and has several apps installed and ready for viewing including Direct TV Stream, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
While we strive to maintain a comfortable setting day and night according to the seasons, we understand that not everybody’s needs are the same.
You may adjust the temperature from the security panel or the white rectangle box mounted on the wall in the dining room above the desk. Simply press the top or bottom of the white screen and it will light up to adjust.
This is a NON-SMOKING home, any guests who smoke in the house will be fined $200/day of their reservation.
Guests are permitted to responsibly smoke outside and are responsible for removing & disposing of all cigarette butts prior to checking out.
