Free street parking available on both sides of the street.
We have keyless entry and the door codes will be sent securely via email.
Press the code provided. Turn the knob below the keypad clockwise and the deadbolt will open.
After entering the door code, please turn the knob to open once it flashes.
When locking the door: Simply press the logo “Schlage” button, turning the knob counterclockwise until you hear the deadbolt turn into the strike plate.
The Smart TV is Roku enabled and has several apps installed and ready for viewing including Direct TV Stream, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
The thermostat is located in the main hallway just before the living room area on right. To activate it wave your hand in front of it. The outer casing works as a dial and spins left and right to adjust the temperature
The thermostat is currently set on eco mode and will take longer to warm the house. To take it out of eco mode tap the screen. It will ask you to enter a passcode. Spin the outside casing left or right to enter 2020. After entering each digit tap the screen to save it.
When it unlocks you’ll be able to turn the dial to eco mode and tap the screen
This will take the thermostat out eco mode and therefore allowing the house to warm up more efficiently.
Laundry is located in the kitchen area on your left behind the curtain. Basic laundry supplies such as detergent and stain remover can be found in the hall closet located just outside the kitchen.
These items are used primarily for household linens but you are welcome to use them within reason.
Prior to starting the dryer please make sure the lint trap is clean, and repeat when your load is completed.
If towels and/or linens are stained or have holes please leave them aside and make a note to your host as to dispose of (and replace) or wash with special care.
This is a NON-SMOKING home, any guests who smoke in the house will be fined $200/day of their reservation.
Guests are permitted to responsibly smoke outside and are responsible for removing & disposing of all cigarette butts prior to checking out.
Trash bins are located on the left side of the house behind the gate. Please be sure all trash is bagged and the cans are not overflowing. If cans are full, please use a provided contractor bag, which should be under the sink and placed next to the bins.
For extended-stay guests… Pick up in on Monday mornings. Trash can be placed on the curb in front of the house Sunday evening.

We generally DO NOT allow parties or gatherings, loud music, smoking, rude behavior, or anything else that doesn’t constitute as being “neighborly.” 🙂
We have an excellent relationship with all of the surrounding neighbors. They are everyday people that have young families, everyday jobs that they have to get up for, and they are our eyes and ears for this property.
FEES
Any reservations who have smoked inside the unit will be charged an additional $200/day of their stay.
Guests who check out late without prior consent will be charged an additional $50/hr. they are in the unit with a minimum charge of one hour.
We trust our guests will treat our home with respect and care, please understand our rules are set in place to ensure future guest satisfaction and a seamless transition between guests.
