The Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival runs weekends through Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 112 Renaissance Lane in West Newton, about 35–40 minutes southeast of the city. The 2026 season opened August 29 and runs Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day Monday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with two weekends left: Time Travelers Weekend on September 26–27 and the Celtic finale on October 3–4. Admission is $27 for adults and $12 for children, with children under 5 free.
Know before you go. Parking is free, but food and drink inside the gates are cash only, and outside food and coolers are not permitted. Bring cash and comfortable shoes — the grounds are a walking day.
Why a home beats a hotel for a festival weekend. The festival is a full day outdoors, and families rarely drive in for it alone — they build a weekend around it.
