- Make your way along the iron fence and turn down you private driveway for around 3-4 vehicles to this historic converted carriage house with completely updated modern design and furnishings giving everyone their own space to relax and unwind both inside and out.
- Gather together in the sun-filled living area where you can sit back on the long tufted sofa that surround the big screen smart TV.
- On a beautiful afternoon, make your way out of the side back door onto the patio and relax in your private 6 person how tub. If you are hungry cook up something on the barbecue and enjoy it with our patio covered table seating.
- Cook up a decadent breakfast through to a three-course meal within the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with quality appliances, a Keurig coffee/tea station, a fridge/freezer and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need, for you, your family including special flatware for young children.
- Serve up your family meals on our 8 foot long dining table that can seat 10 or treat the group to a night out with many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away along Bryant St.
- When it comes time to rest, you’ll find four generous bedrooms within the apartment with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
- The master suite features beautiful modern decor and is filled with a luxuriously large king bed. Parents will happy to have in this bedroom a small crib and changing table. There is also a counter with a running sink as a bonus! Bedrooms two offers a queen bed, bedroom two has a trundle bed (2Twin), bedroom three offers 2 queen beds. There is a handy work station available in all 4 bedrooms.
- There are two full bathrooms to choose from with a tiled walk in showers. Both have custom vanities stocked with all the essentials for your stay along plenty of soft fluffy towels that can be found at the end of each bed. Sorry just no bathtub unfortunately.
- So if you are coming to the city to meet with a big family, friends, to study, work or just to see sights, look no further than this large, unique, converted carriage house just minutes from the heart of the city for your next getaway.

- ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please disclose if visitors will be present on the property and understand that additional guests at the property beyond 11pm should anticipate paying the additional guest fee of $25 per person per night stayed. *Please Note: Doorbell Camera details listed below.
For insurance & liability purposes, it’s important to know the correct number of guests at the property to ensure we are abiding by city occupancy codes in the event of an emergency.
SMOKING
This is a NON-SMOKING home, any guests who smoke in the house will be fined $200/day of their reservation. Guests are permitted to responsibly smoke outside and are responsible for removing & disposing of all cigarette butt’s prior to checking out.
LATE CHECK OUT
Please request a late checkout prior to your arrival and we promise to do our best to accommodate you if we have the means. That being said, guests who check out late without prior consent will be charged an additional $50/hr. they are in the unit with a minimum charge of one hour.
COOKING
We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn’t allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have designated area for this type of cooking on premises. Guest who violate this rule will be subject to and additional cleaning fee of $250 or more.
