Very accessible to the North Side (stadiums), the Strip District (FOOD!), and the Cultural District / DT. This rental consists of 2 individual units that can be exclusive as 1! This 5 bed, 3.55 bath house is nestled just on the edge of Upper Lawrenceville, making it super quiet and residential but also incredibly accessible to all the major hotspots in Pittsburgh's most popular neighborhood - Lawrenceville. The unique thing about this luxury apartment is it has been completely renovated in 2018, and furnished with short-term rental guests in mind every step of the way! All mattresses are memory foam, crisp new linens & towels, in addition to all the amenities that would come along with a hotel - including but not limited to: blow dryer, Keurig w pods and a variety of sweeteners, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of seating to entertain a few friends, cooking utensils, privacy blinds, workspaces, and MUCH more. We have carefully designed the space to pay tribute to Pittsburgh's true nature (Black & Yellow, of course!) with some industrial elements, city art, and local literature sure to get those juices flowing when you need travel recommendations. The apartment consists of two 65" screen Smart TV's which include Netflix, Hulu, etc. as well as free & fast Wifi throughout. There are also TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Guests are welcome to use the Washer & Dryer - detergent provided. For specific questions regarding the space, please don't hesitate to ask - we're more than happy to answer any questions. **PLEASE NOTE: Security Deposit is NOT collected at the time of booking, but rather ONLY after checkout in the event of damaged or missing property.

Other Details to Note

No exterior steps when entering the home, inside the lower portion of the duplex. No steps, and a large standing shower - making this place a potential hotspot for elderly guests or folks with disabilities. The top portion of the duplex is accessible via a straight staircase. Please inquire for more details regarding space and egress.

Quiet Hours are between 10PM- 8AM Absolutely NO parties or gatherings EXTRA GUESTS/VISITORS: Please disclose if visitors will be present on the property and understand that additional guests at the property beyond 11pm should anticipate paying the additional guest fee of $25 per person per night stayed. *Please Note: Doorbell Camera details listed below. For insurance & liability purposes, it’s important to know the correct number of guests at the property to ensure we are abiding by city occupancy codes in the event of an emergency. SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING home, any guests who smoke in the house will be fined $200/day of their reservation. Guests are permitted to responsibly smoke outside and are responsible for removing & disposing of all cigarette butt's prior to checking out. LATE CHECK OUT: Please request a late checkout prior to your arrival and we promise to do our best to accommodate you if we have the means. That being said, guests who check out late without prior consent will be charged an additional $50/hr. they are in the unit with a minimum charge of one hour. COOKING: We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn't allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have designated area for this type of cooking on premises. Guest who violate this rule will be subject to and additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. FURNITURE: We kindly ask you to refrain from moving the furniture/appliances around as it can cause damage to the property and will result in additional costs for our cleaners and other team members to show up last minute to work. Therefore, we ask you to respect our request and keep the furniture in its original place. We trust our guests will treat our home with respect and care, please understand our rules are set in place to ensure future guest satisfaction and a seamless transition between reservations.
